Terms of Service

Welcome from Nature's Dragon. I focus on keeping gardens healthy and in harmony with nature. When you hire me to look after your garden, you are agreeing to these simple terms. I aim for excellence in every task I do for you and your outdoor space.

1. My Garden Work

I offer a variety of tasks like general garden maintenance, tidying, weeding, mowing, planting, pruning according to season, managing pests, checking your soil, and general advice. I bring my personal expertise to meet the unique needs of your specific plants and the landscape you have built at your home.

In addition I offer houseplant care, repotting and holiday watering.

I cover the areas of Herne Bay, Beltinge, Tankerton, Swalecliffe and surrounding areas.

2. Service Charge

I charge an hourly rate of £25. I can offer half‑hour or even shorter visits, but there is a minimum charge of £10 to cover the shorter jobs such as holiday watering. Payment is required either in cash at the time of the visit or by BACS within 14 days of the date on your invoice.

3. What I Need From You

I ask that you give me easy access to your garden and keep me updated on your plants' history. Please remove any pet poo before I arrive. Please ensure my payments are made on time. I might have to decline entry if I feel the workspace is unsafe for me or could lead to property damage. Garden waste remains your responsibility.

4. My Policy on Damage

Nature's Dragon isn't responsible for any indirect or accidental damages from my work. I do my personal best to care for your garden with skill and honesty, but I cannot promise that every plant treatment will be a complete success every time. I am public liability insured.

5. Rule Updates

I may need to change these terms occasionally. I will post any new updates right here on this page. If you keep using my gardening services, it means you accept my revised terms. I appreciate your trust in my small local business.
